I just wanted to let you know how excellent your Hillcrest branch is. We installed security gates last year when we had a break in. We called Jonathan who said that he would be at our house in 30 minutes, but was there in 15 minutes to give us a quote - Wow. He followed up with us regarding the order, which was installed rather quickly.

We just had another break-in last week, and the robbers tried to break the Trellidor security gate. They could not get through. This is testament to how wonderful your product is. If you would like pictures of how your gate withstood a crowbar, please e-mail me, and I would be glad to forward the pics onto you. I am so impressed. This has given me such confidence in your product. And yet again, we phoned your guys to come out and change locks on my in-laws house (as their keys were stolen when my father-in-law was held up by the robbers, when he came to check on the house, a gun shoved in his face and shot next to his ears) and despite it being the holiday season, Des and his team were out the same day. What excellent service.

Des and his team have fixed my gate for me already, and we have now ordered another gate, to secure the final opening door. We are looking at securing each of our windows with Trellidor as and when the finance is available to have this done.

My parents have already secured their whole house with Trellidor and so have my in-laws. After showing friends the pics of how our security gate withstood the test of time, I think that a lot of my friends will be looking at installing Trellidors in the near future.
