The strength of Trellidor's sash
The sash is made up of the security gate components that link the upright bars together. These vary in design and strength from one manufacturer to another.

We use a double upright system (front and back). These are rigidly connected using uniquely designed connectors. This system allows us to rivet the unit from both sides | •The system increases the strength of the unit
•It ensures that the unit does not snag curtains
•It provides for a neater stack with no exposed edges
| The links cross over & connect three upright bars together, rather than two as most of our competitors do | •This increases the strength of the barrier
•Makes the barrier easier to open & close and ensures smoother operation. | "Flights" consist of a series of links. Trellidor spaces the flights closer together than other manufacturers, and increase the number of rows of flights as the unit gets higher | This increases the strength & integrity of the barrier | Small, neat and compact stack | When the security door is open it takes up less space | Internal riveting of the linkages (link closures) | •This increases the strength integrity of the linkages.
•Avoids stack from separating even when uprights are bridged. |
