Trellidor secures Port Elizabeth

Port Elizabeth now has two Trellidor outlets, bringing experienced consultants and technicians closer to the communities they serve.  “Trellidor previously had only one franchise in PE.  With two teams in place, we can get to our customers quickly, which is especially important in an emergency situation,” said Trellidor franchise manager Gavin Bean.

The Trellidor PE North franchise is owned by Jaco Swanepoel while the Trellidor PE South franchise is under the new ownership of Quentin de Lange.  Both Quentin and Jaco are award winning Trellidor franchise owners that have a long history with the company, having owned successful Trellidor franchises in other parts of the country. 

Quentin and Jaco work the Port Elizabeth area together, ensuring that they get to all customers as quickly as possible.  “People often contact us for assistance after a break-in when they are traumatised, so we have trained the staff at both our franchises to be empathetic as well as efficient,” said Quentin.  Their security consultants will do a full security assessment and recommend security barriers to suit the risk profile of the building.

“We have products for both doors and windows and for all security risk profiles, from low to high.  The home’s risk profile is determined by a number of factors, such as the type of dwelling and its surroundings.  Our website www.trellidor.co.za  has a questionnaire customers can fill out to determine this risk profile, or we can do it for you,” said Jaco.

The franchises’ installation teams have also increased, allowing for faster turn-around times.  The technicians are all professionally trained and certified.  They fit the Trellidor barriers, clean up after installation, explain to customers how to maintain them and issue Trellidor’s guarantees at the hand-over.

PE residents are encouraged to visit Jaco and Quentin’s showrooms to see the Trellidor barrier security range.  Here they can see the differences between the various fixed and sliding barriers and test their strength.  In addition to Trellidor’s familiar trellis-style barriers, they also supply Cottage Guard burglar guards, which match cottage pane windows or create a cottage pane effect.
