Trellidor Pretoria Sponsors Community Centre

Trellidor's Pretoria branch has sponsored the new Pharos Community Centre in Pretoria East that has opened to offer the community a safe environment in which to deal with any trauma they may experience. Trellidor installed new security gates to the external doors and will also secure all windows.
Affiliated to the Lux Mundi Christian community in Garsfontein under the leadership of Pastor Lourens Bosman, the new community centre is a project that has involved many of the 5000-strong congregation. "We'd like to thank everyone that contributed time, expertise and sponsorships, including Trellidor who has upgraded our barrier security," said Pastor Lourens.
The centre is run by Pastor Johan Taute and a management committee. Pharos (the Greek word for ‘lighthouse') offers counselling services, including those of a social worker, for anyone in need of help. The centre's full time staff of five includes Pastor Daniël Mine, who ministers to the Sepedi community. The new building has become home to many of Lux Mundi's outreach programs as it is so easily accessible to everyone within Pretoria East.
